HELLERTOWN, Pa. – Hellertown Borough Council voted Monday night to authorize the advertising of a proposed ordinance that would name Lower Saucon Fire Rescue as the fire service provider for Hellertown Borough.
Councilmember Lynley Solt, chair of the public safety/finance and capital committee, said the action to advertise is part of continuing negotiations for the terms with Lower Saucon Fire Rescue.
Solt said there is expected to be a contract before Borough Council within the next month…
