LEHIGHTON, Pa. – Police say a Lehighton man set fire to the house of another man, who is accused of running over and killing a Schuylkill County business owner. Authorities in Lackawanna County obtained an arrest warrant for Barton James MacConnell, who they say set fire to the house of Mike Albert, who is accused of running over MacConnell’s employer with a dump truck, killing him.
