Bethlehem shooting suspect accused of threatening prosecutor, police, guards

A Northampton County Prison inmate being held in a Bethlehem shooting from November 2022 faces new charges for allegedly threatening authorities in letters. Daniel C. Fegely Jr., 26, of Macungie, is being charged with seven counts each of terroristic threats and harassment. He has been incarcerated at the prison in Easton with bail denied since his arrest Nov. 14, 2022, in the Bethlehem shooting that occurred two days prior, according to court records.
