CLINTON, NJ – The MAX Challenge of Clinton will be hosting an adoption event from 10:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 27 at 1802 Rt 31 North, Clinton, in the Grayrock Shopping Plaza.
Puppies, dogs and cats will be available for-site adoption.
The Max Challenge of Clinton has partnered with Common Sense for Animals, Stewsartsville, to find four-legged fur babies their forever homes.
“We did an adoption event back in December, with Common Sense for Animals, and it was a huge success,” Mark Larose, owner of The Max Challenge of Clinton said. “I was told more animals were adopted than usual, during that event.”
Larose felt the reason for the unusual success was because humans were able to play with their new best friends in an expanded setting, which is unusual for adoption events.
“We have a large center and the (animals) can run around and play with their potential owners,” Larose said.
Larose said The Max Challenge of Clinton decided to partner with Common Sense for Animals because they have a compassionate approach to adoption.
