Pay-what-you-can cafe welcomed with open arms and bellies in West Bethlehem

Ambient jazz music welcomes guests to the parsonage-turned-cozy-cafe, where the dining space holds seven tables, all donated by members of the community. One belonged to someone’s great grandmother: “I want people to sit at my Grammy’s table. Grammy would have wanted this,” the donor told the cafe founders. Another – a large, solid wood table and its chairs belonged to a former parson; it stood where the cash register stands now. The orange juice on the menu is donated once a month. So is the hot sauce.
