A New Castle County Paramedic is facing a charge of rape, 4th-degree. County Police said Thursday that police were alerted last summer about potential sexual abuse that occurred between 2004 and 2006. The alleged victim identified a suspect, 41-year-old Katherine Watts of Middletown. Watts was arraigned Thursday and released on $5,000 unsecured bail.
