LACKAWANNOCK TWP., Pa. (WKBN) – One person was taken to the hospital after a crash on Interstate 80 Saturday afternoon.
It happened on I-80 East in Lackawannock Township near Greenfield Road.
Pennsylvania State Police said a woman lost control of her car and swerved onto the berm,
and then swerved back and hit a semi-trailer.
Her car became wedged under the trailer and was dragged for 100 yards.
She was taken to St. Elizabeth Hospital with major injuries.
The crash is under investigation.
