Start shining those ladles now, because Super Bowl LVIII Sunday is right around the corner, and that means it’s time for the Pearly Baker’s 27th Annual Chili Cook-Off. The annual fundraiser and chili competition from Downtown Easton favorite Pearly Baker’s Alehouse is set for 11 a.m. on Feb. 11. This year the Cook-Off is moving locations from Pearly Baker’s to just north of Centre Square at Bank Street Annex, 316 Northampton St. As is the case each year, the competing restaurants will present the finest chili around to a panel of judges, as chili fans around the Lehigh Valley can attend and cast their vote for the People’s Choice prize.
