A 19-year-old driver has died following a single-car crash along I-78 east in Berks County, authorities said. The Lehigh County Coroner’s Office has identified the deceased as Caden S. Hummel of Leesport, Berks County. Hummel was pronounced dead at 2:46 p.m. Sunday at Lehigh Valley Hospital-Cedar Crest in Salisbury Township, Lehigh County Coroner Daniel A. Buglio said.
