STROUDSBURG, Pa. – Stroud Area Regional Police Department say a man is behind bars for punching a 75-year-old man in the face and pushing another person. Police say the incident happened on Feb. 5 around 11:15 a.m. in the area of North 6th and Monroe Street in the Borough of Stroudsburg.
