PALMER TWP., Pa. – A 59-year-old man from the Lehigh Valley is dead after a multi-vehicle crash tied up traffic on a stretch of Route 22 in Northampton County Wednesday afternoon. It happened on Route 22 eastbound between the Route 33 North-Stroudsburg and Wood Avenue-13th Street exits in Palmer Township.
