PALMER TWP., Pa. – Police in Northampton County say a Phillipsburg, New Jersey, man died after crashing his motorcycle Wednesday on Route 22. David Walton, 59, was riding his motorcycle, apparently at a high rate of speed, eastbound on the highway past 25th Street when he came upon stopped or slowing traffic, said Palmer Township police.
