PALMER TOWNSHIP, PA (Northampton County) – A Warren County man died after crashing his motorcycle on Route 22 in Palmer Township Wednesday afternoon, according to police. On Feb. 7, shortly before 4:00 p.m., David Walton, 59, of Phillipsburg was riding his 2008 Harley Davidson at a high rate of speed, eastbound on Route 22 past 25th Street when he came upon eastbound traffic that was either stopped or slowing to stop, due to congestion as a result of a prior Route 33 accident Investigation, police said.
