BETHLEHEM, Pa. – The South Bethlehem space that previously housed Pete’s Hot Dog Shop for more than 80 years is finding new life with another family-run eatery. Sam’s Restaurant, which has operated for over a year at 129 Bridge St. in Catasauqua, will debut its new location at the former Pete’s site, 400 Broadway, with a “free taste dinner” on Friday, Feb. 9.
