Upon arrival, officers were confronted with a harrowing scene: Nathaniel Jenkins Jr., a 21-year-old man, was found with a folding knife, standing over a victim drenched in blood. The victim had suffered multiple deep lacerations to the back of his head and neck, a stark testament to the brutality of the attack.
