After ‘draining few months,’ Bethlehem restaurant owner is beating cancer, reopening eatery

BETHLEHEM, Pa. – A popular Bethlehem restaurant is set to reopen following a months-long temporary closure due to the owner’s cancer battle. VegOut, offering plant-based sandwiches, burgers, mac and cheese and more, will reopen sometime in May at 1 E. Church St., owner and operator Mary Lopresti announced on the business’ social media pages.
