PALMER TWP., Pa. — A Palmer Township law enforcer has found himself in trouble with the law. The Northampton County District Attorney says 45-year-old John Smoke, a member of the Palmer Township Police Department and a school resource officer at Easton Area High School, has been stripped of his badge.
