ALLENTOWN, Pa. – The Lehigh County District Attorney’s Office is hoping to prevent the theft of certain vehicles by offering some driver’s free lock devices. DA Gavin P. Holihan and the Pennsylvania Auto Theft Prevention Authority announced the upcoming event that will provide driver’s of Hyundai and Kia vehicles the free steering wheel lock device.
