NEW CASTLE COUNTY, De. – State Police in Delaware say a Berks County, Pa man is in custody following a shooting earlier this month at a New Castle County motel. 21-year-old Erickson Acuapa of Reading is charged with assault, reckless endangerment and related offenses for a shooting at the Red Roof Inn and Suites located in the 1600 block of N. Dupont Highway.
