ALLENTOWN, Pa. – An Allentown police officer suffered a minor injury during an arrest Wednesday. It happened around 5:50 p.m. when officers were on routine foot patrol in the area of North Boyer and Russell streets in the city. The officers observed two individuals – Jeniel Rivera Gotay, 23, of Bethlehem, and Pablo A. Garcia, 50, of Allentown – involved in suspected drug activity.
