NORTHAMPTON CO., Pa. – Thousands of Met-Ed customers in the Lehigh Valley were without power Saturday afternoon, and the company is still trying to figure out why. At its height there were more than 30,000 customers without power, according to the Met-Ed power outage map. Power is now gradually being restored.
