FLEETWOOD, Pa. – As people in several Southeastern states deal with the devastation left by Hurricane Helene, a non-profit group in Berks County is lending a helping hand. “We’re actually going to go down Friday. Going down to Old Fort, North Carolina. They were hit very tragically,” said Richard Miller, Chief of Pennsylvania Terrain Search and Rescue.
