READING, Pa.- After many years of planning and lots of detail in design, phase one of the Goggle Works Art Park is ready to open. “We love to see folks from all over the community and outside visitors converge on this space,” says Goggle Works Center for the Arts Executive Director Levi Landis. “Not only inside our walls but letting our mission spill out into the community.”
