Blaine Alan Arner, of Tamaqua, was ordered to serve seven-and-a-half to 15 years in prison after a hearing held Thursday, Nov. 7, according to District Attorney’s Office.
Arner must also serve 15 years of probation and register for life as a sexually violent predator, the district attorney’s office said.
The incident happened when Arner exposed himself to a 9-year-old girl who was walking her dogs with three other children in the 7300 block of Lincoln Court, Lynn Township at 4:40 p.m. on Monday, March 11, according to the release.
He stopped his truck on the side of the road on Adams Street and asked her if she wanted to see his dog, the young girl reported to Pennsylvania State Police troopers at the time, the release states. When she approached the truck, Arner opened the driver’s side front door and exposed himself, causing the girl to run away.
Arner pleaded guilty to charges of felony Luring a Child into a Motor Vehicle and four counts of misdemeanor Indecent Exposure on Monday, July 29, court documents state.
