POTTSTOWN, PA – Authorities are investigating an alleged armed robbery that occurred at the Boscov’s Department Store in Pottstown on the evening of December 22, 2024. According to the North Coventry Township Police Department, officers responded to the store, located at 351 W. Schuylkill Road, shortly after 7:00 p.m. following reports of an armed individual. Preliminary details indicate that a man entered the store, displayed a handgun, and carried out the alleged robbery.
