N. WHITEHALL TWP., Pa. – Special-needs children in the Lehigh Valley are showing off their brand-new wheels.
Nine families from five school districts were at Carbon Lehigh Intermediate Unit 21 in North Whitehall Township Friday for the annual Adaptive Bicycle and Stroller Day.
