RICHLAND TWP., Pa. – After welcoming more than a dozen new vendors in recent months, the Quakertown Farmers Market is continuing its business boom with a new eatery.
Mamacita’s Latin Cuisine, serving empanadas, mofongo and other Latin American specialties, will hold its grand opening 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Saturday, March 8, at the Quakertown Farmers Market, 201 Station Road, Richland Township.
The new eatery will operate in Department 451, near the newly opened Bee & Butterfly Cafe.
Guests will be able to enjoy a wide array of made-from-scratch dishes, including appetizers such as Puerto Rican fritters, potato balls and corn fritters with cheese; and mofongo selections (with chimichurri sauce) such as chicken, steak, pork, seafood and garlic shrimp…
