FRANKLIN COUNTY, Pa. — Pennsylvania State Police announced that a Lehigh County woman was arrested after leading troopers on a multi-county chase.
On March 3, a member from PSP- Chambersburg initiated a traffic stop on a 2012 white Hyundai Santa Fe, which was owned by Christine Moffett, 53, of Slatington, Pa.
