U.S. Customs seizes nearly $30,000 of counterfeit skin creams in Pennsylvania

(WHTM) — U.S. Customs and Border Protection Officers have seized nearly $30,000 worth of counterfeit skin creams and Sharpie pens in Pennsylvania.

According to the CBP, the four separate shipments of counterfeit cosmetics would be worth $28,550 if they were real. CBP officers seized the shipments in late February and in early March.

CBP officers said they seized 50 boxes of counterfeit SkinCeuticals Triple Lipid Restore anti-aging cream shipped to an address in Allentown and 50 boxes of counterfeit Clinique Smart Clinical Repair Wrinkle Correcting Serum cream shipped to Whitehall, Pennsylvania…
