BETHLEHEM, Pa. – The creative minds behind multiple well-known dining establishments in the Lehigh Valley are continuing to expand their tasty empire with another eatery.
The owners of La Kang Thai French Cuisine in Palmer Township and La Kang Thai Noodles Bar and La Kang Hot Pot in Hellertown are planning to open La Kang Chicken & Rice — a restaurant specializing in Thai-style chicken and rice dishes — on March 18 at 15 E. Fourth St. in south Bethlehem, co-owner Ratchaphol Rojratana said.
The full-service establishment will occupy an updated space that previously housed General Zapata, a former Mexican restaurant that closed in November after 15 years of business.
