PENNSYLVANIA — Six individuals have been arrested in connection with a major drug trafficking organization following an extensive undercover investigation by the Delaware County Narcotics Task Force (NTF), authorities announced.
The operation, conducted with assistance from multiple law enforcement agencies—including the Pennsylvania and Delaware State Police, the Camden County (NJ) District Attorney’s Office, the U.S. Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA), and the FBI—identified Shamar Campbell, 35, of Upland, PA, as the alleged leader of the organization.
The following individuals were arrested:
- Shawn Payne, 53 – Sicklerville, NJ
- Lydell Heyward, 49 – Philadelphia, PA
- Amir Colder, 45 – Claymont, DE
- Shamar Campbell, 35 – Upland, PA
- William Johnson, 64 – Chester, PA
- Marece Scott, 39 – Chester, PA
