Albany, NY – A swath of winter weather is set to disrupt early Monday travel across Eastern New York, northeastern Pennsylvania, and parts of New England, with mixed precipitation and icy road conditions forecast through 10 a.m.
According to the National Weather Service offices in Buffalo, Binghamton, and Albany, Winter Weather Advisories are in effect from 2 a.m. to 10 a.m. EDT Monday. The affected areas include the Tug Hill Plateau, Northern Oneida County, the Catskills, and parts of western Massachusetts, Connecticut, and southern Vermont.
