Jersey Shore town could be transformed with property featuring $1M condos and hotel

A $25 million beachfront property in Ocean City — with already-approved plans to build a huge resort — hit the market last week seeking a major developer to construct the project.

The Soleil Resort is slated to rise at 1101 Ocean Avenue across from the Flanders Hotel and near the boardwalk in the Cape May County shore town. It is a nearly 2-acre property approved by the city for a 111-unit condominium hotel development.
