A $1 million-winning scratch-off ticket was sold in Fayette County this week.
Foster House II, located at One Cook Road, Belle Vernon, will receive a $5,000 bonus for selling the $1,000,000 Winnings ticket, according to a press release from the Pennsylvania Lottery.
