Wife of retired N.J. judge dies after being struck in Phillipsburg crosswalk

The wife of a retired New Jersey Superior Court judge died after being struck by a car last week as she attempted to cross a Phillipsburg intersection, police said.

The deceased has been identified by police as 86-year-old Kathleen Kingfield of Phillipsburg.
