LOWER SAUCON TWP., Pa. – An accident involving several vehicles shut down I-78 East at Route 309 early Saturday morning.
Northampton County Communications says the call came in at 12:15 a.m. for an accident involving two tractor trailers and one vehicle.
Officials say multiple people were taken to the hospital, however the number and severity of any injuries is not known at this time.
