BETHLEHEM, Pa. – Current DeSales University Police Chief Richard Williams talked to 69 News about the death of the man who hired him, former DeSales Chief, and longtime Bethlehem police officer, Steven Marshall.
“Heartbreak. Very sorry for the family. Our hearts, our prayers go out to his wife and his children. This is a horrible tragedy,” Williams said.
“His sole purpose was the safety of the community here, the DeSales students, the faculty, he implemented a bunch of programs that he brought over from Bethlehem City.”…
