BETHLEHEM, Pa. – A new family-run dining establishment will breathe new life into a former fast-food site in the Lehigh Valley.
Carbonaso Restaurant, a full-service eatery serving lomo saltado, rotisserie chicken and other Peruvian specialties, is expected to open later this spring at 2185 W. Union Blvd. in Bethlehem, co-owner Ricardina Gutierrez said.
