LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. (WHTM) — An infant’s broken bones led to child abuse charges being filed Monday against a Lancaster County woman, according to police.

Coralys Baerga-Diaz, 29, of Lancaster, is accused of causing injuries to the baby from Nov. 6 to Dec. 16, the charging documents filed by East Lampeter Township police show.

Doctors found 16 fractured ribs that were “in various stages of healing,” along with two fractured clavicles and a broken left Ulna, police said in the charges.
