The Levittown man whose mother promised her son would be cleared of all charges will now have the opportunity for a jury of his peers to hear the evidence and pass judgment at a trial in the Bucks County Court of Common Pleas.
District Judge John Galloway ruled last Tuesday there was enough evidence presented to sustain charges filed against Jordon Lock, accused of brutally attacking his then girlfriend after a house party in Levittown because she spent too much time with her friend and not with him.
