WILLIAMSPORT — The convicted top prescriber of opioids in Pennsylvania in 2015 and 2016 appears to be suffering from “buyers’ remorse,” a federal prosecutor says.
That was the response Friday in U.S. Middle District Court by Assistant U.S. Attorney William A. Behe to the latest effort of Raymond J. Kraynak to withdraw his guilty plea on the grounds of ineffective counsel.
Behe asked Judge Matthew W. Brann to deny Kraynak’s motion without appointing him counsel or holding a hearing because his claims are baseless and the ineffective counsel issue already has been litigated…
