Auto theft warrant uncovers alleged ‘chop shop’ operation in Easton

EASTON, Pa. – Easton Police say a warrant served during an auto theft investigation resulted in at least one arrest and uncovered an alleged “chop shop” operation.

At approximately 6:00 a.m. today, the Easton Police Special Response Unit and Criminal Investigation Division served a search and arrest warrant in the 1200 block of Lehigh Street.
