PHILLIPSBURG, NJ – The Warren Prosecutor’s Office says a woman has died after a stabbing on Anderson Street.
At 3 a.m. Friday morning, Phillipsburg police patrol say they were flagged down in the 400 block of Anderson Street to help a woman who was unresponsive.
