Allentown Rescue Mission expands emergency shelter, adds 22 beds to help homeless people

ALLENTOWN, Pa. – The Allentown Rescue Mission held a ribbon-cutting Wednesday morning to celebrate a major addition to its emergency shelter.

For 125 years, the Allentown Rescue Mission says it has provided a place to turn for men experiencing homelessness. And now, it’s expanding that reach.
