Restaurant chain’s 1st Lehigh Valley location set to open in Hanover Township

HANOVER TWP., Pa. – A fast-casual restaurant chain is expanding its footprint with a new eatery, set to open this week in Lehigh County.

The Lehigh Valley’s first location of Honeygrow, offering “craveable and customizable” salads, stir-fry dishes and “honeybar” desserts, will open on Friday, May 23, at 1872 Airport Road in Hanover Township, a manager said.

The new location will operate in a former Liberty Travel space, between Chipotle Mexican Grill and AT&T, in the Airport Pointe Shopping Center.
