Fans of the food-in-a-cone concept can rejoice, as a Lehigh Valley food truck has reopened to serve old and new recipes in the region and beyond.
Cone Appétit reopened last Friday; former co-owners Gregg and Susan Viscomi had sold it in April to Denise Evangelisto and her siblings Jim and Marie, who will operate in the Lehigh Valley as well as in Bucks and Montgomery counties.
Regular menu items include cones styles like cheesesteak, buffalo chicken, shredded pork, macaroni and cheese, apple pie and cannoli, though the family intends to serve other styles throughout the year like chicken pot pie, hummus, vegetables and charcuterie…
