Security measures are being enhanced at Phillipsburg’s public housing following a recent agreement between town officials and housing administrators.
The Phillipsburg Town Council on Wednesday unanimously approved resolution 2025-130, establishing a formal arrangement to increase police presence at the federally subsidized housing for up to 12 weeks.
