Phillipsburg police are investigating more gunfire in another residential neighborhood.
The latest incident happened shortly before 2 a.m. Monday at Mercer and River streets. Investigators found evidence a shooting happened, which caused some property damage, police stated on the department’s Facebook page.
There were no reported injuries…
