Woman smoked weed and ‘blacked out’ before crash that killed husband, Pa. authorities say

A New Jersey woman has been charged with driving under the influence of marijuana during a crash in Pennsylvania last year that killed her husband, authorities said

Danielle M. Strobridge was charged last week with vehicular homicide while driving under the influence, careless driving resulting in death and driving under the influence offenses, according to Bucks County charging documents.
