Following the shuttering of the Kutztown Folk Festival in 2024, a new festival celebrating Pennsylvania German culture takes its place at the Kutztown Fairgrounds over the Independence Day weekend.
The Eastern PA Homestead Festival made its debut Thursday morning. It will continue through Sunday from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., filling the fairgrounds with music, crafts, food, animals and educational programs.
